Terms of Service

Welcome to Modern Estate Films. By accessing or using this website or booking any of our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

A. Services Provided

Modern Estate Films provides real estate videography services including, but not limited to, interior and exterior video tours, aerial drone footage, and promotional video content for real estate listings.

B. Bookings and Deliverables

All bookings must be confirmed in writing. Turnaround time for final deliverables are communicated at the time of booking. Deliverables are provided digitally.

C. No Refund Policy

All payments are final. Minor edit changes after payment will be considered on a case by case basis.

D. Rescheduling Policy

If a shoot must be rescheduled due to client availability or weather conditions, 24 hours’ notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the session.

E. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for ensuring:

Access to the property at the agreed time
The property is video ready
Any required permissions are secured

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in cancellation without refund.

F. Intellectual Property

All footage captured by Modern Estate Films is owned by Modern Estate Films. Clients receive a license to use the final edited video(s) for their own listing, marketing, or business use.

G. Portfolio and Promotional Use

By hiring us, you grant Modern Estate Films the right to use final deliverables, including footage of your property, in our portfolio, on our website and/or on social media platforms.

H. Limitation of Liability

Modern Estate Films is not liable for:

Damages resulting from misuse or misunderstanding of deliverables
Issues resulting from website outages, payment failures, or data breaches
Inaccuracies in any user-submitted content or address information
